We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions for an additional charge. However, please note that while we take great care in preparation, cross-contamination is always a possibility. When booking your tea experience, kindly inform us of any allergies in advance. Menus may be personalized to suit your needs.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TEA EXPERIENCE?
We provide a complete in-home tea service with beautifully set tables, full setup, and breakdown for a truly effortless experience.
Yellow Rose Tea is an elegant in-home tea service provider, bringing the timeless tradition of afternoon tea directly to you. We graciously serve up to thirty (30) guests with a decadent, indulgent experience that may include soup and salad, delicate bite-sized tea sandwiches, tarts, tea breads, and freshly baked scones accompanied by Chantilly cream and a variety of classic fruit spreads. assorted sweets, fluted beverages, and the finest blends of tea complete the service.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BOOKING A TEA EXPERIENCE?
Booking & Service Policies

A minimum booking of $300 in services is required for all experiences.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the close of the event.

We will contact you approximately one month before your experience to finalize your menu.

Rescheduling requires at least three weeks’ notice, and new dates are subject to availability.

Only one package per experience is permitted for all attendees unless otherwise arranged in advance.

A full kitchen on site is required for service.

Tea service is scheduled for two hours. Additional time will be billed at $50 per 30 minutes, unless previously agreed upon.

Yellow Rose Tea will arrive 90 minutes to 1 hour prior to your experience for setup. Breakdown requires approximately 1 additional hour.

A travel fee of $2 per mile will be applied to locations outside our 25-mile service radius.

A 18% gratuity will be applied to parties of more than 6 guests.

Dietary accommodations are available for an additional fee of $20 per guest to whom the restriction applies. Please note that while we take care in preparation, cross-contamination is possible.
