CAN YOU ACCOMMOADATE CLIENTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We will do our best to accommodate clients with dietary restrictions however please be aware that there is always the chance of cross-contamination. When booking an experience please make us aware of any allergies. Menus can be personalized.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TEA EXPERIENCE?
Yellow Rose Tea specializes in creating an elegant but comfortable tea experience in your home. We will create a beautifully set table by providing table linens, full tea service, flatware, silverware and drinkware or tea be served on heirloom china and we can supplement place settings. We also provide a full service set-up and breakdown.
Yellow Rose Tea is an elegant, in-home tea service provider. We conveniently come to you and serve up to sixteen (16) guests an decadent, indulgent tea experience which may include soup and salad, bite sized tea sandwiches, tarts, tea breads, freshly baked scones served with cream as well as a variety of classic fruit spreads, seasonal fruits, assorted sweets, fluted beverages and the finest blends of teas. A short instructional seminar on brewing and serving tea can be arranged.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BOOKING A TEA EXPERIENCE?
All experiences must have a minimum of $180 worth of services booked and a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the total cost of the experience is required at time of booking or 1 month from the date of your event. We will reach out about 1 month from your experience to finalize your menu and collect the non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule we require 3 weeks notice and dates are subject to availability. Only 1 package per experience for all attendees unless previously arranged. Also the client must have a full kitchen on site. Additional fees will be applied if the 2 hour tea time is exceeded at $25/per 30 minutes unless agreed to in advance. Yellow Rose Tea will arrive at your location for set up 1 hour prior to the start of the experience and break-down should also take about 1 hour. A service fee will be applied to locations ouside the 25 mile service radius of $1/mile. A gratuity of 10% will be applied to parties larger than 10 guests. The remaining balance is due at the start of the event.
